Excellent Stay with Excellent Service

lovely staff fruit platter friendly staff

Megan, from guest relations contacted me before my stay. She asked about any special requests. That was accommodated for my arrival. The room I had was spacious and clean! It included a welcome fruit platter and drinks in the minibar. The staff were always friendly and helpful.

The food selection could become repetitive. I found this after a few days. Perhaps a themed barbecue would improve variety. The flies were present early, but it wasn't bad compared to the hotel area.

Dining

9/10

The main restaurant had a good selection. Though it could get busy sometimes, it was good. I had lunch at the Botanica restaurant near the wave pool and that was very convenient, offering tasty meals close by.
